While installing MS office 2013,  the error  code: 30015-1011(3) was displayed.
While installing MS office 2013 and during the last segment of office installation, I lost my internet connection and had to reinstall the program and as a result was charged as an additional use charge. The error  code: 30015-1011(3) was displayed. I am requesting that my status of use returned to 1 and not 2. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Do you have a subscription to Office 365? You can log into your account and remove one of the activatons.
